1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your Nexorai Cart order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, free of charge.
- To cancel, contact us at contact@nexoraicart.shop with your order number.
- Full refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly.
- You may refuse delivery at the doorstep, and the item will be returned to us. A refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item (typically 5–7 business days).
- Shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount for refused deliveries.
1.3 Cancellation by Nexorai Cart
Nexorai Cart reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or no longer available.
- Payment verification failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
- Inability to deliver to the specified address.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and you will be notified via email.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Items purchased on Nexorai Cart are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 2.3).
- The return request is raised within 15 days of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@nexoraicart.shop with your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Nexorai Cart will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible categories.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return on Nexorai Cart:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers)
- Personalised or customised items
- Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., innerwear, swimwear)
- Digital goods, software, or downloadable content
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Hazardous materials and flammable products
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Methods
Approved refunds from Nexorai Cart will be credited using one of the following methods, based on your original payment:
- Original Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking — 5–7 business days.
- Nexorai Cart Store Credit: Credited within 24–48 hours (optional, at your discretion).
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS): For Cash on Delivery orders — 5–7 business days after providing bank details.
3.2 Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Only part of an order is returned.
- The returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
- Any applicable restocking fees apply (communicated at time of return approval).
3.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or significantly different item from what was ordered on Nexorai Cart:
- Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery via email with photographic evidence.
- We will initiate a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by Nexorai Cart at our expense.
4. Exchange Policy
Nexorai Cart offers direct exchanges for eligible items (size, colour) within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and clearly specify the replacement required. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be offered.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after the stipulated timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment app — processing times vary by bank/provider.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as some refunds may take additional business days to post.
- If you still haven't received your refund, email us at contact@nexoraicart.shop with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
